Paul Powell

Paul is the Regional Engineering Manager for Metro Services Group, overseeing the SOCAL market. With over 38 years of hands-on experience in the commercial real estate sector, Paul has worked with leading Class “A” office high-rise companies such as Hines, Beacon, JLL, and CBRE. He began his career as a route engineer in LA County with MorLan Management, becoming a Chief Engineer by 2000. For the next 19 years, he managed a diverse range of properties across Southern California, from a Class A commercial 3 million SQFT property with a 25-man crew to a 300K critical environment with a 10-man crew, and many others in between. In 2019, Paul transitioned into engineering management, continuing to oversee a variety of properties. He joined Metro in 2022.

Paul holds numerous certifications and awards from various institutions and companies, including the USGBC, Stationary Certified Engineer of Union Local 501, BOMA Engineer of the Year, and the JLL Sigma Award, which he has received twice.

Jeff Corvi

Jeff is a seasoned professional with over twenty-eight years of experience in the commercial real estate and Engineering industry. He joined Metro in 2021, bringing a proven track record of success in managing facilities across multiple markets including Office, Residential, Hotel, Life Science, and Critical Facilities. Jeff is known for his innovative approach and superior leadership, consistently generating customer value.

Jeff has honed his skills in negotiating and navigating various union collective bargaining agreements throughout his career. This experience has given him a deep understanding of effectively managing unionized workplaces and leading his employees to success.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of San Francisco. He enjoys spending time with his family, fitness, golfing, and working on his house in his free time.

Jacqueline Korajkic

Jacqueline is an experienced professional with a 20-year career in finance. She leads the finance team at Metro Services Group, managing all financial operations and keeping the company financially sound. Jacqueline came to Metro in 2018 and has been instrumental in the company's growth and success.
Prior to Metro, Jacqueline worked with companies in various growth stages leading them through successful strategic acquisitions. Jacqueline worked for nine years in public accounting, where she earned her CPA license. She graduated from the University of the Pacific in 2005 with a BS in Business Administration. At Pacific, Jacqueline was a member of the women's swim team, earning All-American honors and later joining the school's Hall of Fame.
Jacqueline likes to spend time with her husband and three children outside of work, and she participates in her community.

Andy Rhoades

Andy is a seasoned professional with over thirty years of extensive property management, facilities management, and engineering expertise. As the first Metro Services Group's Engineering Division employee, he has played a pivotal role in the company's growth and success. Andy's responsibilities include project management, new business development, and overseeing the firm's operations.

His diverse background as a Chief Engineer, Senior Operations Manager, and Director of Engineering, along with a background in commercial property management, is leveraged in collaboration with his team to support high-performing buildings across various projects. Andy is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring every project's success.

In his spare time, Andy enjoys biking, fishing, and spending time with his family in the outdoors.

Derek Schulze

Derek is the President of Metro Services Group, leading the strategic vision and operational excellence that drive the company's success. With over 25 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance and management, Derek has worked closely with major real estate companies such as Shorenstein, CBRE, Cushman and Wakefield, and Harvest Properties. His extensive background includes managing large teams that cater to various types of facilities, including commercial high-rises, technology campuses, clean rooms, biotech facilities, manufacturing plants, retail stores, and educational institutions.

Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Francisco State University and is actively involved in BOMA associations on the West Coast. He is committed to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration at Metro Services Group, ensuring its position as a leader in the industry for years to come.

Michael Oddo

Michael Oddo is the Founder and CEO of Metro, a leading building maintenance service provider. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Michael deeply understands the janitorial industry, having performed nearly every task within it. This hands-on experience has given him unique insights into developing efficiencies, re-engineering operating systems, streamlining workflows, rewriting cleaning protocols, and testing new chemicals and equipment.

As the founder and president of Metro, Michael is responsible for the company's overall vision and direction. He oversees Metro's sales, marketing, and financial infrastructure and leads strategic initiatives focusing on new technologies, green cleaning protocols, tenant engagement programs, and sustainable practices. Under his leadership, Metro celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2020, a proud milestone for Michael and his team.

Michael is involved in various commercial real estate industry organizations, including BOMA, IFMA, IREM, USGBC, GS Stakeholders Committee, and the San Francisco Environmental Task Force. He graduated from UC Berkeley, where he honed his skills and knowledge in business and management.
