Jeff Dachenhaus

Jeff graduated from UC Davis in 2003 and started his career in commercial janitorial services soon after that. He worked his way up from a project supervisor at the University of San Francisco to overseeing day-to-day operations of approximately 20,000,000 square feet in downtown San Francisco for clients such as Cushman & Wakefield, Shorenstein Realty Services, Jones Lang LaSalle, and CBRE.

He was promoted to Branch Manager in 2010 and was responsible for 15 direct management employees.

Jeff joined Metro in July 2017, and when not enjoying the outdoors and the ski slopes, he keeps busy chasing after his three children.

Rick Bensi

Rick has been a dedicated professional in the Engineering industry since 1986, starting as a Utility Engineer at a data center. He has since held various roles, including Journeyman Engineer at the Ralph K. Davies Medical Center and Chief Engineer for Marriott Hotels.

Throughout his career, Rick has continued his education with courses such as Joint Commission Survey Compliance, High Rise Fire Safety Director, Fire Pump Operator Certification, Variable Frequency Drives, Electrical Trouble Shooting, and Hands-On Refrigeration.

In 2007, Rick transitioned into management as an Engineering Manager, and in 2018, he was promoted to Regional Engineering Manager. He joined Metro Services Group’s Engineering Division in 2021.

In his free time, Rick enjoys spending time with his family and riding his Harley Davidson.

Mark Nolan

Mark is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the building maintenance industry. He began his career as a station janitor and roving utility worker in 2008, gaining hands-on experience before moving into a role as a Project Manager at the Embarcadero Center, and then Regional Operations Manager in the Bay Area. Since joining Metro in 2017, Mark has been appointed Executive Vice President, overseeing operations, logistics, procurement, federal, state, and local compliance, business development, strategic planning, and employee training and development.

Mark is a & Certified Work Loading & Disinfection Specialist and serves as a negotiations team member for the CBAs with SEIU local unions in San Francisco, Sacramento, and the East and South Bay. He is a UC Santa Barbara graduate and resides in Danville with his wife, Kristi, and their two daughters, Bridget (12) and Kelsey (8).
