Adam Foltz

Adam graduated from Gonzaga University in 1987 and started in the Janitorial industry in 1988. He worked his way up through the ranks and held many positions including, Janitor, Lead, Floor Care Technician, Route Supervisor, Project Manager, Branch Manager as well as Regional Director roles in the Pacific Northwest.

In 2019 Adam was promoted to Regional Director for Janitorial and Engineering Services in the Pacific Northwest Region. Responsibilities included regional operations, governance, compliance, business development, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and employee development. Also was active in organizations like BOMA, IFMA, CoreNet, and CREW.

Adam joined Metro Services Group in 2024 as Regional Manager for Engineering and Janitorial Services and is active in BOMA, IFMA, CoreNet and looking to involve Metro in several other organizations in the Pacific Northwest.

Outside of work he enjoys, Camping, Golf, Fishing, and time chasing around his grandchildren.

Brian May

Brian embarked on his engineering journey twenty-five years ago as a Utility Engineer in downtown San Francisco. In 2005, he transferred his skills to the Embarcadero Center and, four years later, was promoted to Chief Engineer. Brian excelled in this role for the next decade before becoming an Engineering Manager.

Certified in BACtalk and a graduate of the Local 39 Apprenticeship program, Brian brings extensive experience in managing engineering teams and operating complex building systems.

Outside of work, Brian is a dedicated father to two boys and enjoys spending quality time with them in the great outdoors. Brian cherishes these moments with his family, whether camping, snowboarding, or golfing.
