Jay, a San Francisco native, began his career in commercial building maintenance in 2000. He worked his way through the ranks, starting as a station janitor and advancing to his current position as a Branch Manager for the Bay Area.

Jay conducts site inspections for quality and safety, meeting regularly with customers to address their concerns and ensure work orders are completed promptly.

Jay joined Metro in 2018 and lives in Brentwood with his two children, and a loving dog.
