With over 40 years in the janitorial industry, Rich brings a wide range of expertise from basic janitorial to specialized hard floor surface restoration and carpet care and  maintenance. Rich began his career in the janitorial industry working in San Francisco as a station janitor where he learned operations from the ground up, learning how to strip and wax floors, clean carpets and efficiently clean facilities and offices.

Rich’s career has included a variety of executive level positions, including responsibility for national janitorial operations,  facility maintenance operations and specialized flooring care, working with a wide variety of high-tech customers, as well as traditional office space.
