As Vice President at Metro Services Group, Antonio Partida oversees the day-to-day operations of the company’s Janitorial Services, ensuring consistent service delivery across some of the Bay Area’s most prominent Class A commercial properties. With 32 years of industry experience, Antonio has built a reputation for operational excellence, sustainable practices, strong client partnerships, and a deep understanding of the unique demands of the San Francisco Bay Area commercial real estate market.
Antonio began his professional career early—at just 19 years old, he founded his own janitorial company while attending Los Medanos College, where he earned his Associate’s degree. He successfully operated and grew the business for five years before selling it, gaining firsthand entrepreneurial insight that continues to shape his leadership approach today.
Throughout his career, Antonio has worked closely with major Class A commercial office owners, property managers, higher education facilities, technology clients, aviation clients, retail centers, and sporting venues throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He has supported large, complex portfolios with a focus on quality, reliability, and team development, and is experienced in negotiating union contracts and maintaining strong, collaborative labor relationships.
A long-standing member of BOMA for 27 years, Antonio is also a regular participant in IREM and IFMA events, staying closely connected to the industry and its evolving best practices. With his rich work history, he remains committed to fostering strong teams, elevating service standards, and building lasting client relationships.
